It’s a luxury brand, needing a literal tube for morning and evening both, but it’s a nice reminder not to break your routine and to focus on oral health, and the results earn it a spot on our best tooth whitening toothpaste list.

Thank you for the informative article. I have tried many whitening toothpastes myself but i wasn’t particularly satisfied by any of them. I am actually gonna try the sensodyne you suggest.
The problem most of the times is that the results last only as long as you use the toothpaste. Does any one of these toothpastes have more permanent results?

    • Roseline says:

      Hello Evita,

I do not know any toothpaste that offer lifelong white teeth, but since these are reasonably prized, you can always afford to buy teeth whitening toothpaste than visit a dentist for professional teeth whitenning which can really cost quite alot(depending on your income)

I had not heard of Go am & pm or Opalescence. It looks like they are on the higher end of the scale. It would be interesting to know the actual ingredients for whitening in each of these. Is there a difference? I am specially wondering if Tom’s branding itself as a natural toothpaste is using any different ingredient. I know it’s fluoride free and that I do appreciate. Thanks for the information.

    • Roseline says:

Hello Jen I have an earlier post where you can read about ingredients on your toothpaste.

  3. Jeannie Brickley says:

After reading your post on the best teeth whitening toothpaste, I think I should go back to Colgate Optic White. I have been using some really cheap tubes or whatever the dentist gives me in the small tubes; but my teeth are showing stains and aren’t as white as I would like. I remember that I have always liked the taste of Colgate, so that is a plus.

There were a couple kinds you mentioned that I never heard of. If I remember correctly the Crest 3D White is more expensive; plus I’m not so sure I like the taste of Crest.

Thank you for this post informing us what toothpastes are best for whitening.

    • Roseline says:
